1. Using Sudoku Pro
Sudoku Pro is provided for personal entertainment, puzzle solving and learning. You may use the app and public website only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.
2. Accounts and cloud features
Playing does not require an account. Optional Google Sign-In may enable supported backup or synchronization features. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account.
3. Advertising
The Android version may display banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising. The website may display Google-served web ads when enabled. Rewarded ads are optional and are shown only after you choose an eligible rewarded action. Advertising availability can vary by region, consent status and service availability.
4. App content and intellectual property
The interface, original code, graphics, sounds, text and other Dev Group content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party technologies and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
5. Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed, suspended or discontinued. We may also update gameplay rules, supported platforms, online services or these terms as Sudoku Pro evolves.
6. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
We work to provide a reliable experience, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of internet-dependent features such as ads, sign-in or cloud synchronization.
