Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Sudoku Pro is guest-first and offline-first. An account is not required to play. Most gameplay progress, preferences and puzzle data are stored locally on your device.
2. Optional Google account and cloud sync
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google/Firebase may process your account identifier, email address and profile/display information. Sudoku Pro may store supported game progress, statistics, settings, custom-puzzle data and synchronization metadata in Google Cloud Firestore so you can back up or restore supported progress.
3. Advertising and consent
The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The public website may use Google AdSense and other Google-served web advertising when enabled. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google may process data such as IP address, advertising/app identifiers, site/app interactions, ad interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention.
4. Data sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by Google services used by Sudoku Pro, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads, AdSense and UMP, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Retention and deletion
Local guest data remains on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or otherwise remove it. If you use an account, supported cloud account data remains until you delete your account/data through the app or request deletion using our account deletion page, subject to any retention required by law or security obligations.
6. Security
We use platform and service-provider security controls, including encrypted network transport where supported by the services we use. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can play without signing in. Where Google reports that privacy options are required, the app or website provides access to applicable privacy choices. You may also request account deletion and associated supported cloud-data deletion.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
