Delete your Sudoku Pro account

Delete from inside the app

If you can still open Sudoku Pro, go to your Profile / Account Management area, choose Delete Account, and confirm. The app deletes supported cloud user data before deleting the Firebase Authentication account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email Dev Group from the Google account associated with Sudoku Pro, or clearly identify the account email in your request.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete the supported Sudoku Pro cloud account record and associated supported cloud data that we control, such as synchronized progress/settings/statistics/custom-puzzle data and related sync metadata, then remove the Firebase Authentication account where applicable.

Local device data

Data stored only on a device is not automatically erased by a remote account-deletion request. You can remove local app data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited information when required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement obligations. We do not retain cloud gameplay data merely to continue using it after a verified deletion request.
